San Sabastion
is La Gomera's Capital and was home to Chistopher Columbus while
he prepared for his voage of discovery of the America's.
His 15th century home is now a museum open to the puplic.
The best way
to see the island is by car with breathtaking views and hidden
valley's. Here local farms produce wonderfull wine and mistela
a refreshing drink made from honey and white wine.
With frequent
ferry crossings La Gomera is ideal for a day out from Tenerife,
